水溶性C_(60)衍生物对小鼠胸腺细胞的生长影响研究

摘要 采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了富勒醇、C60-β丙氨酸两种水溶性C60衍生物对邻苯三酚自氧化的抑制率及对超氧阴离子自由基(O-.2)的清除率.利用MTT比色法考察了富勒醇、C60-β丙氨酸对小鼠胸腺细胞的生长影响,实验结果表明这两种水溶性C60衍生物都有利于细胞活性的增强. The scavenging activities of two water-soluble C(60) derivatives,fullerenol and β-alanine C(60) adduct, on superoxide anion free radical were studied by modified pyrogallol auto-oxidation method at 25℃,in a total volume of 4.5 ml,buffered with ph 8.2 50 mmol/L Tris-HCl.The experimental results indicate that these two water-soluble C(60) derivatives are all good free radical scavengers,and the scavenging efficiencies become much higher with the concentrations of C(60) derivatives.The effects of water-soluble C(60) derivatives on the mouse thymus cells growth were also investigated,and the experimental data show that fullerenol and β-alanine C(60) adduct could enhance cells' activities and prolong their life span.
