The latest investigation indicates that year 2004 will be the start of distance education arousing a high tide. During this period the investment on distance education will take 21. 2% of the total number on education informationization and reach to 7 billions. Experts even boldly forecast that there will be a blowout of either investment on china' s distance education or the development of the industry.
However, calm thinking should be taken when facing a great market chance. We need to make clear the business status, settle up the due effectiveness of the technological applications and conform the core competence before we take the preemption in market.
We can answer the question if we are getting ready from the estimates of those leaders in distance education.
