In the past two years PRCEDU' s ratio of operations income is high at 100% which marks its high speed developing period. The most valuable place of PRCEDU exists on their operational management of the whole web-education, its practical ability and the resources from the above. PRCEDU can make the achievement with their three-step tactics:
First step-new model of their strategical cooperation. In this step PRCEDU is looking for strategical partners with accurate profit point in market and creats a new business model.
Second step-go ahead steadily and surely. PRCEDU plans to enlarge the non-degree education with the same scale of degree one in 4 to 5 years. During this period PRCEDU will set up non-degree training, learning communities, service system and increment service about web-education step by step.
Third step-quick reflection for new increment. PRCEDU fulfilled effectively the reformation and expansion of the company' s structure and its personnel resources in the shortest time.
