Based on real statistics relating to production safety of various engineering projects and enterprises, specific precautionary measures against industrial accidents are stated in terms of engineering technology, safety education, management and cost. These will play a positive role in carrying out these basic principles; safety first, precaution-centered workplace, prevention of serious accidents and casualties, and promoting the ideal of safe production through enhanced understanding and application of these principles.
