摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠的超声影像特点,鉴别各种检查方法的特异性,提高诊断率。方法对281例经手术证实的异位妊娠超声影像进行回顾性分析。结果手术前超声提示267例异位妊娠,符合率达95.0%(腹部超声符合率达77.0%,阴道超声符合率90.0%,腹部彩超符合率84.0%,阴道彩超符合率达97.0%)。结论超声在异位妊娠诊断中起着重要作用,阴道超声特别是彩色阴道超声在宫外孕的早期诊断更有特异性及敏感性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate uitrasonographic characteristics of ectopic pregrancy;To identify the value of every kind of ultrasound mesurment.METHODS This retrospective study was carried out with 281cases of ectopic pregrancy by surgical pathological proved.RESULTS There was 267cases of ectopic pregrancy had been accurately detected with different ultrasongraphy before operation,the ratio was 95.0%(77.0%been detected with abdominal ultrasonographic diagnosed,90.0%been detected with transvaginal ultrasonographic,97.0%been detected with endovaginal color Doppler sonography). CONCLUSION Uitrsongraphy is very important to the diagonosis with ectopic pregrancy,transvaginal ultrasonographic,especially endovaginal color Doppler sonography,are more effvtive and more susceptible in early diagnosis with ectopic pregrancy.
