目的 :观察次氯酸钠作用下猪带绦虫卵的孵化过程。方法 :以 1 .0 %次氯酸钠溶液孵化猪带绦虫虫卵 ,以显微镜进行动态观察。结果 :猪带绦虫虫卵胚膜被溶解 ,六钩蚴逸出。结论

Objective:To observe the process that eggs of Taenia solium were hatched using sodium hypochrite.Methods:The eggs of Taenia solium were hatched with 1.0% sodium hypochrite solution and the process was observed by microscope.Results:The embryo membrane of Taenia solium eggs dissolved and oncospheres transgressed.Conclusions:The essence of hatching Taenia solium eggs by sodium hypochrite method is that the embryo membrane of Taenia solium eggs is dissolved.
