电测法与X线牙片法测定牙根管长度的评价

Fevaluation of the accuracy of electronic root canal length measuring methods using X-ray dental pictures

目的 :利用牙片定位评价JUSTY Ⅱ型全自动根尖定位仪在根管长度测定中的准确性。方法 :使用JUSTY Ⅱ型全自动根尖定位仪探测 1 30颗根尖的位置 ,记录测得的根管长度 ,根管充填试尖时拍摄X线片 ,测定牙胶尖至根尖的距离。结果 :JUSTY Ⅱ型全自动根尖定位仪与X线片定位比较其误差± 0 .5mm内 ,电测法准确率为 87.7%。结论 :根管长度电测法在临床治疗中具有极大的可行性 ,是一种准确性高、重复性强、减少X线损害。

Objective:To investigate the accuracy of electronic root canal length measuring methods by JUSTY Ⅱ full auto root apex locator.Methods:JUSTY Ⅱ full auto root apex locator was used to detect the apical foramen of 130 teeth and the results were compared with the X ray dental pictures.Results:An accurate location ±0.5 mm of the apex was obtained in 87.7% of the cases.Conclusions:Determining root canal length by full auto apex locator could attain good accuracy,reduce X ray harm to patients,increase success rate of root canal treatment and decrease clinical time.
