双切口三联手术治疗青光眼合并白内障的研究

Trabeculectomy combined cataract extraction from different incisions

目的 探讨双切口三联手术治疗青光眼合并白内障的手术效果。方法 对比分析了 56例 (60眼 )青光眼合并白内障的临床资料 ,其中 3 0眼行巩膜隧道式小切口白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术 ,另作一切口行小梁切除术 (双切口组 ) ;另 3 0眼行白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入及小梁切除术 (对照组 )。结果 术后 1月内 ,双切口组视力提高明显优于对照组 (t=2 12 2 87,P <0 0 5) ;术后 8月两组的眼压控制程度相似 ,但对照组需加用抗青光眼药物 ;功能性滤过泡的形成率两组间的差异有显著意义。结论 提示巩膜隧道式小切口白内障手术联合另外切口小梁切除术组 (双切口组 )的临床效果良好。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of trabecule ct omy combined cataract extraction from different incisions for glaucoma patients with cataract.Methods56 cases(60 eyes) were included in the study.30 eyes rece ived small incision extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE) and intraocular lens implantation through scleral tunnel and another incision was made for trabecule ctomy(double-incision group).The other 30 eyes received ECCE,intraocular lens i mplantation and trabeculectomy through one incision(control group).Results1 month after surgery,the vision in the double-infcision group was obviously better than that of control group(P<0 05).8 months af ter surgery,the rate of controlled IOP was similar in both groups but more anti -glaucomous medicine was needed in the control group.ConclusionFor patients of glaucoma with cataract,double incisi on is more effective than one incision.
