摘要
目的 :探讨瑞生含片的体外抑菌效果。方法 :通过液体倍比稀释法分析瑞生含片对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌活性。结果 :瑞生含片对以上三种菌种的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)值分别为 2 0mg/ml,10mg/ml和 10mg/ml。 结论 :瑞生含片对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和乙型溶血性链球菌都有明显的抑菌效果。
Objective: To research on the inhibition effect of Ruisheng Lozenges on the bacteria in vitro. Methods: Antibacteria activity to Escherichia coli, staphlococcus aureus and hemolytic B streptococcus was measured by means of liquid doubling dilution. Results: MIC was 20 mg/ml,10 mg/ml and 10 mg/ml respectively. Conclusion: Ruisheng Lozenges had obvious effect in vitro inhibition on above three bacteria.
