摘要
在简要阐述提升人力资源管理有效性重要性的基础上,提出了人力资源管理是一个"互动"的过程,"互动"是有效人力资源管理的基石的论断。给出了基于"互动"的人力资源管理的"蝶形"模式,"六环"职能要素模型与十八字目标,讨论了人力资源管理的五项"互动"的内容要求和做好"互动"管理的若干基本理念认识。
Based on the belief that prompting the efficiency of human resources is of great importance, this paper suggests that the management of human resources is a process of 'interaction', 'interaction' is the cornerstone of efficient human resource management. It also proposes the 'Butterfly Shape' model of human resource management and the 'Six Circle' functional factor model as well as eighteen-word target. Furthermore, it discusses the contents of five interactions concerning human resource management and the basic concept of successful 'interaction' management.
