Applied Research of "3s" Technology in Schistosomiasis Control

随着高新技术的完善和软件的开发,地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)和遥感(RS)在预防医学领域得到了相应的应用和发展。主要集中在对自然疫源性疾病、地球化学性疾病和环境污染所致疾病等的本底调查、监测与控制、预测预报、流行规律等应用研究。以血吸虫为研究实例作出了一些探讨。

With the perfectibility of high technology and development of software, Global Information System (GIS), Global Positioning System (GPS) and Remote Sensing (RS) have been applied and developed accordingly in the field of preventive medicine, focusing on the applied research in background investigation, inspect and control, estimation and forecast, and rules of prevalence of the diseases from natural sources, and the diseases from earth chemistry and the diseases caused by environment pollution. This paper discusses the research with Schistosomiasis as the example.
