After China's entry into the WTO, the real estate industry is faced with both opportunities and challenges. It has five influences on China's real estate industry including bringing prosperity to real estate market and promoting the design level of China' real estate industry. In the meantime, it will also bring great impact on China's real estate market and lead to the failure of some enterprises. Therefore, proper countermeasures must be made.
