选取嘉陵集团作为我国摩托车行业的代表,分析嘉陵集团所处的内外部环境、面临的挑战与机会,结合其具体情况,提出了嘉陵集团跨国经营战略。
This paper analyzes the internal and external environments, opportunities and challenges facing Jialin Group and puts forward the strategy of transnational operations of Jialin Group combined with specific situations.
