探讨语言、思维、文化之间的关系,同时指出东西方思维模式及文化模式的差异对大学英语写作的影响,以引起大学教师及学生的重视,使学生能克服母语思维模式对英语写作的影响,并积极主动地模仿西方的思维模式,按照西方的文化结构进行英语写作,从而写出地道的英语作文。

Based on the description of the relations between language, thinking, and culture, this paper points out that the effects on college English writing caused by the discrepancies of the oriental and occidental models of thinking in order to draw the attention of teachers and students. Students should overcome the effects of their mother tongue on writing, imitate actively the occidental models of thinking, and write in English according to the occidental cultural structures, Hopefully, they can write excellent English.
