摘要
根据铁道车辆制动盘 (以下简称制动盘 )的性能要求 ,材质、结构特点 ,在铸造工艺上采取了一系列的措施 ,解决了缩松、粘砂、延伸率达不到要求等铸造缺陷 ,确定了该产品适宜的浇注温度、浇注速度、合金加入量。
A series of measures on casting technique are taken to solve the problems that occur during casting, i.e., loosing, sand-sticking and insufficient extension rate, etc., based on specific requirements, material character and structural feature. The suitable pouring temperature, speed and alloy addition amount are determined.
