早期康复护理干预在预防脑卒中偏瘫病人肩痛的作用

The Role of Early Rehabilitation Nursing for Preventing Shoulder Pain on hemiplegia Stroke Patients

目的 探讨早期康复护理干预对预防脑卒中偏瘫病人肩痛的作用。方法 将101例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成两组,对照组50例,接受常规治疗与护理;干预组51例,接受常规治疗的同时,给予早期康复护理干预。结果 干预组肩痛的发生程度明显低于对照组。结论 早期康复护理干预能有效减轻脑卒中偏瘫病人肩痛程度的发生(P<0.05)。

Objective To assess the efficacy of early rehabilitation nursing for preventing shoulder pain on hemi-plegia stroke patients.Methods 101 stroke patients consistent with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: control group (50 patients), receiving common treatment and nursings treatment group (51patients), receiving early rehabilitation nursing as well as common treatment Results Compared with the control group, the shoulder pain level was lower.Conclusion The results suggest that the early rehabilitation nursing may effectively reduce the shoulder pain level on hemiplegia stroke patients.
