安多福在皮试皮肤消毒中的应用

Survey on the skin tests with Andoful sterilizing skin

目的 研究安多福在皮试皮肤消毒中的应用效果,寻找一种更好的皮试皮肤消毒剂。方法 门诊随机就诊病人400例,成人组200例,小儿组200例,两组分别再分为两组:(1)安多福组100例,采用0.1％的安多福消毒皮肤;(2)酒精组100例,采用75％酒精消毒皮肤。结果 成人组及小儿组安多福无皮肤过敏,无皮肤着色,酒精皮肤过敏发生率分别高达9％、6％,与安多福组相比存在显著性差异。结论 0.1％安多福杀菌效果好、对皮肤无着色、无刺激、无致敏、价格便宜、使用方便,是理想的皮试皮肤消毒剂。

Objective Study the effect with Andoful sterilizing the skin when the skin tests are done so as to look for a sort of better antiseptic.Methods 400 patients from clinic service were divided into adult group (200 cases) and child group(200 cases).Then the two groups were individually divided into two groups ,group Andoful 100 cases with 0.l%Andoful sterilizing the skin,and group Alcohol 100 cases with 75%Alcohol sterilizing the skin.Results There was no cutaneous anaphylaxis of Andoful and no pigmenting of skin in adult group and child group.But some patient were sensitive to Alcohol and the rates were 9% ,6% in adult group and child group.The rate of cutaneous anaphylaxis had a significant difference between group Andoful and group Alcohol.Conclutions 0.1 % Andoful has a good effect of disinfecting, no pigmenting of skin, no cutaneous anaphylaxis, a low price and was convenient to use.It is a perfect kind of antiseptic for skin.
