淫羊藿醇提工艺研究

Study on Alcohol Extraction Process of Herba Epimedii

目的 优选淫羊藿的提取工艺。方法 以淫羊藿苷和总黄酮的提取转移率为指标 ,采用正交试验法 ,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇倍量、提取时间和提取次数对提取效果的影响。 结果 以 18倍量 80 %乙醇 ,回流提取 3次 ,每次 2 h,淫羊藿苷和总黄酮提取率均在 80 %以上。 结论 本方法简单可行 ,提取转移率高 ,可为工业生产提供依据。

OBJECTIVE To ascertain the condition for extracting Herba Epimedii with alcohol.METHODS With the transferring rate as index, the optimum extraction condition for the alcohol concentration、the volume、extra ting time and times were selected by orthogonal design.RESULTS Taking 80% alcohol as solvent,Herba Epimedii was extraeted three times with 18 times volume of alcohol for 2h. In this condition, Herba Epimedii could be effectively extracted. CONCLUSION The experimental results provided the basis for the ascertainment of extraction process of Herba epimedii preparation.
