摘要 应激对生殖内分泌系统的影响非常复杂 ,其作用机制研究也极其困难。为此 ,我们从应激的后继环节———高浓度的糖皮质激素 (GS)着手 ,综述了近年来GS对代表生殖功能状态的主要轴———下丘脑_垂体_性腺 (HPG)轴的影响及其机制的研究进展 ,藉此探讨应激所致HPG轴功能紊乱的机制 ,为调节生殖内分泌系统功能策略的制定奠定一定的基础。 The complicated influence of stress on the reproduction function makes study on its mechanisms very difficult. This article reviews the current literature on the impact and its mechanism of high concentration of glucocorticoid (GS), a late event of stress, on the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad (HPG) axis, which is a crucial axis that represents the status of reproduction.
