论按劳分配与人的价值的实现

伴随着经济全球化发展和信息时代的到来以及我国在经济全球化过程中的发展变化 ,人们对以往所追求的按劳分配理论产生了许多新的认识 ,并由最初的按劳动量分配转为按劳动力价值分配 ,最终提出了按劳动力产权分配的理论 ,反映了人们在实现人的价值过程中的一系列变化。文章试从我们国家对按劳分配概念解释不断变化的角度来剖析人的价值的实现过程 ,揭示出二者是一个历史的辩证统一过程。

With the globalized development of economy and the coming of message time,our country have changed greatly.People come into being some new understanding of distribution on the basis of labor.At first,people expound the conception of distribution on the basis of work;and later they show the distribution should be provide on the basis of labor;at last,they think the distribution should be distributed by the possession of labor.The course of achieving the value of people reflected a series of changes.This essay trys to analyze the value achievement of people from the point of changeable conception of distribution on the basis of labor;and it also trys to reveal the historical and dialectical relationship of the two respects.
