关于高校合并后图书馆管理的思考

随着高等教育体制的改革 ,不同高校的调整、合并 ,带来了高校图书馆的合并。文章就合并后高校图书馆的优势 ,所面临的各种矛盾、机构设置等方面问题作以探讨和阐述 ,以期高校图书馆尽快进入合并后的良好运行状态 。

Following the reform of the higher education system and the merger of differrent universitys, the university library has united. In this paper, some problems such as the university library' s superiority and all kinds of contradiction were discussed.It hopes that the universities library hurries up to enter into the working state, it must become the higher quality service organization.
