中国经济法现象产生于20世纪七十年代末八十年代初。适应经济改革和经济发展的要求,中国经济法在其规范演进的过程中,自身的价值追求也在发生着相应的变化。这一变化过程也是中国经济法由不发达走向成熟的过程。

Arising in the late 1970's and early 1980's, Chinese economic law have been experiencing the changes in the goals of value responding to the requirements of the economic reform and development during the process of evolution of the system of the economic law, which is also a growing process to become mature for the economic law.
