摘要
目的 观察滋肾化瘀胶囊对大鼠IgA肾病的治疗效果 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法 用葡萄球菌肠毒素B(SEB)诱发大鼠IgA肾病模型 ,观察滋肾化瘀胶囊对模型大鼠肾功能相关指标及肾组织学的影响。结果 滋肾化瘀胶囊能显著降低实验组大鼠尿蛋白及尿红细胞含量、血清尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (Scr)水平 ;减少肾小球内免疫复合物沉积及大鼠血清IgA、IgG和IgM的含量。
Aim To investigate the effects as well as the mechanism of the Zishen Huayu Jiaonang on rats with IgA nephritis.Methods The changes of the renal function-associated with markers and renal histology of the Zishen Huayu Capsule treated rat IgA nephritis models induced by staphylococcus B(SEB) were obserued.Results The Zishen Huayu Jiaonang may obviously decrease the quantity of the urine protein,urine erythrocyte,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr) of the rats in model group,reduce inter-glomerular immune complex deposits,and decrease the quantity of serum IgA,IgG,IgM.Conciusion The Zishen Huayu Jiaonang has a better treatment effect on the rats with IgA nephritis.
