Determination the Content of Chloramphenicol Lanolin Ointment

目的 建立氯霉素羊毛脂软膏的测定方法。方法 10 %氯霉素羊毛脂软膏经石油醚溶解、温水提取后 ,用紫外分光光度法测定氯霉素含量。结果 氯霉素的平均回收率为 99.84 % ,RSD为 0 .2 5 % (n =9)。结论 本方法简便 ,准确。

Aim To establish a method for determination the content of chloramphenicol lanolin ointment.Methods The ointment was suspended in petroleum ether.The chloramphenicol was extracted with warm water and determined by UV-spectrophotometry.Results The average recovery was 99.84% with RSD 0.25% (n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the determination of chloramphenicol lanolin ointment.
