盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液与维脑路通注射液配伍稳定性

Compatibility of Levofloxacin Injection Combined with Venorutoni injection

目的 考察 2 5℃、37℃下 0～ 6h内 ,盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液与维脑路通注射液配伍稳定性。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后上述条件下盐酸左氧氟沙星的含量变化及稳定性。结果 左氧氟沙星注射液与维脑路通注射液配伍后外观、含量、pH均无显著变化。结论 在 2 5℃、37℃下 ,0～ 6h内 。

Aim To incestigate the compatibility of levofloxacin ingecfion combinedwith venorutoni injection within 0～6 hours under 25℃,37℃.Methods The content change of levofloxacin ingection under that condition after combination of venorutoni injection by UV Spectrophotometry.Results A significant change of appearance and concnt had not been observed under that condition,when venorutoni injection was combined.Conclusion It is stable within 6 hours under 25℃,37℃ after the both drugscombined.
