应用深入访谈法对阻碍老年人口腔疾病早期就诊原因的调查

Investigate the reasons hindering early treatment with oral disease in the elderly through thorough talks

目的:探讨阻碍老年人口腔疾病早期就诊的原因。方法:采用深入访谈法对136例老年人用20～30min进行逐渐深入主题的访谈。结果:患者的认知水平和畏惧程度可能是阻碍老年人早期就诊的主要决定性因素,自理能力、患病情况和沟通能力,有时可能成为阻碍他们早期就诊的决定性因素,而医疗负担为非决定性因素。结论:要切实提高老年人的口腔防治意识和及早就诊的自觉性,应用社会学、心理学和老年医学等知识,从深入进行口腔防治知识宣教、提高对口腔疾病的危害和其与系统性疾病之间关系的正确认识,以及认真细致地诊治好每一个病人等四方面开展工作。

Objective:To probe into the reasons hindering the elderly with oral disease from early treatment Methods:136 patients with oral disease were visited through thorough talks step by step for 20～30mins. Results:The patients' cognitive and fearing level might be the main decisive factors in hindering the elderly from early treatment,But sometimes the ability of self-management,the conditions of illness and the ability of communication might be the decisive factors.The economic burden of medical treatment is not a decisive factor. Conclusion: We should enhance the consciousness of prevention and early treatment of oral disease in elderly by apply my knowledges of sociology,psychology and geriatics to publicity and education of oral sanitation let patients aware of the relations between oral disease and system disease and treat every patients carefully.
