摘要
本文报道了凤眼莲对无锡电影胶片厂含银废水的净化生产性应用试验结果:(1)污水停留时间为49h时,氧化沟出水中的银净化率为98.0%到100%(未检出);(2)COD的去除率为54.58%;(3)混浊度的去除率为68.9%;(4)NH_(4-)^+N和PO_4^(3-)的去除率分别为45.55%和34.3%。该法已被该厂采纳应用,并取代了原来的活性炭吸附和O_3氧化三级处理,年节约运转费用12.5万元。
Production test on the purifications of Ag in wastewater by water hyacinth in Wuxi cinefilm factory was reported. The main results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) The Ag removal efficiency in ditch effluent is from 98.0% to 100% (i. e. trace) with 49 hr. edtention. 2) The COD removal efficiency in ditch effluent is 54.58%.
3) The turbidity removal rate in ditch effluent is 68.9%. 4) The NH_+^+-N, PO_4^(3-) are 45.55% and 34.3%. 5) The results showed that the purification procedure of aquatic plant is successful. This method has been adopted to treat wastewater contaminated with Ag in Wuxi cinefilm factory, replacing the previous procedureof actived carbon and O_3. The new purification measure saved the factory 125000 Yuan annually.
