卵母细胞减数分裂和受精过程中MPF和MAPK的作用和相互调节 被引量:2

摘要 在卵母细胞减数分裂成熟和受精过程中,MAPK级联信号途径和MPF起着关键性的作用。这两种蛋白激酶信号途径以及它们之间协调的相互作用影响着整个动物界卵母细胞减数分裂成熟和受精过程,包括促进生发泡破裂、抑制减数分裂过程中的DNA复制、调节染色体的分离、维持MⅡ期阻滞、诱发第二次减数分裂恢复等。文中对卵母细胞减数分裂和受精过程中MPF和MAPK的作用和相互调节进行了综述。
