摘要
党的十六大报告关于教育问题的论述内容丰富意义深远。本文以十四、十五大报告对教育的论述为参照,以十六大报告为原始文本,对十六大报告关于教育论述中的新教育方针,构建终身教育体系、支持农村教育、完善"资困"政策和制度,素质教育与创新等五个亮点问题进行了具体的阐述。
The 16th National Congress of the CPC has rich contents on education. This paper expounds new educational guiding principles, permanent education, rural education, subsidization institutions, guiding education and innovation in the report of the 16th National Congress of the CPC and contrasts them with the views in the reports of the 14th and 15th.
