氟化物作用下小鼠切牙成釉细胞中胞内转导信号Smad4分布与表达的变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :观察不同程度的氟中毒对小鼠切牙成釉器中 Smad4表达、分布的影响 ,探讨氟斑牙的形成细胞内机制。方法 :分别用饮水加 5 0 mg/ L Na F、1 0 0 mg/ L Na F建立小鼠慢性氟中毒模型 ,SABC免疫组化法检测小鼠切牙成釉器细胞内 Smad4的分布与表达。结果 :在分泌前期和分泌期 ,两实验组切牙成釉细胞中 Smad4的表达均明显低于对照组。结论 :氟化物可能通过抑制对成釉细胞中 Objective:To observe the influence of fluorsis on distribution and expression of Smad 4 in ameloblast of incisor teeth in mice and discuss the mechanism of formation of tental fluorosis.Methods:Chronic fluorosis model was formed by drinking water with 50 mg/L or 100mg/L of NaF for mice.The distribution and expression of Smad 4 in ameloblast of incisor teeth were detected by SABC immunohistochemical method in mice.Results:The expression of Smad 4 in ameloblast in two experimental groups significantly was lower than that in control group at secretory protophase and secretoryphase.Conclusion:Fluoride compounds maybe inhibite the expression of Smad 4 in ameloblast to interfere its normal differentiation and function.
