摘要
建立了ZL50G 装载机翻车和落物保护装置ROPS&FOPS的有限元模型。经过有限元计算,ROPS的最小侧向、垂直和纵向承载能力及最小侧向能量吸收能力均满足最新国际标准的规定;FOPS在规定的冲击载荷作用下顶板发生了塑性变形,但未穿透或侵入挠曲极限范围。
According to the present international standard, the performance requirements of
the roll-over protective structure and falling object protective structure(ROPS
&FOPS) of loader are briefly introduced, and the finite element model of ROPS&FO
PS of the ZL50G loader was established. Through the finite element simulation, i
t is shown that the minimum lateral, vertical and longitudinal carrying capabili
ty and the minimum lateral energy absorbency satisfy criterion, and the FOPS is
plastic deformed under the prescriptive impact load, however the FOPS is not pen
etrated or intrudes the limited deflexed region.
