摘要
介绍在Cr12MoV模具制造中,为减少模具线切割时开裂现象而在热处理工艺改进方面所做的努力,在满足模具性能要求的前提下,通过有效的工艺不仅大大降低了模具开裂,而且提高了模具使用寿命,并降低制造成本。
An effort on improving heat-treatment has been made to reduce Cr12MoV die cracking in spark cutting. The improved heat-treatment can not only decrease the die cracking considerably with satisfactory die performance, but also increase the die lifetime, and reduce the cost of die manufacturing.
