催乳素与人类肿瘤关系的新认识 被引量：13

摘要 催乳素(PRL)可在垂体和垂体外生成和分布,除了具有激素的一般特性外,还具有细胞因子的一些特点。PRL受体属造血生长因子受体家族,通过Janus激酶-信号转导与转录激活因子(JAK-STAT)途径激活信号转导通路发挥其生物作用。研究表明PRL在许多肿瘤中的表达明显增高,其可通过抑制细胞凋亡,缩短细胞周期而促进细胞分裂,对肿瘤的生长有促进作用。本文阐述了催乳素与乳腺癌、前列腺癌及子宫肌瘤的关系。
