企业家传承机制和培养机制研究

摘要 企业家在企业中起着至关重要的作用 ,是企业形成核心竞争力和保持持续竞争优势的关键所在。但是在目前 ,企业家的传承和培养还没有形成机制 ,很多企业甚至没有内部培养计划 ,这使众多企业出现在卓越领导流失后 ,企业陷入困境甚至瘫痪的状态。文章分析了企业没有形成企业家传承与培养机制的原因 ,通过个案说明了其危害 ,并试图探讨如何形成企业家传承与培养机制的问题。
