摘要
为预防医院感染相关医疗纠纷的发生 ,提高医院应对医院感染相关医疗纠纷的综合能力 ,本文以新颁布的《医疗事故处理条例》为准则 ,对医院感染引发的医疗纠纷在某大型综合性医院中所占比例、引发原因等进行了剖析 ,对如何区分是否承担法律责任的医院感染相关医疗纠纷进行了阐述 ,并提出以下防范对策 :①加强医护人员与病人的沟通。②严格执行医院感染管理各项制度。③证据的保全。④感染前重预防 ,感染后及时治疗控制。
In order to prevent medical dispute related to nosocomial infection and enhance the comprehensive ability of hospital on handling the medical dispute related to nosocomial infection, and basing on newly established bylaws handling medical disputes, the author analyzed the reasons and rate of medical disputes related to nosocomial infection in some large-scaled comprehensive hospital, and illustrated the leagal responsibility on hospital infection related disputes. Then the author put forward viewpoints on prevention as: Firstly, improve communication between patients and medical staff. Secondly, enforce varieties of rules of hospital infection management. Thirdly, keep the evidence safe. Fourthly, prevent before infection and control after infection.
