新时期的军队医院为完成医疗保障任务、为确保可持续发展 ,必须强化发展的意识 ,树立全球战略理念 ,运用好物质利益原则 ,瞄准“战场”与“市场”的要求 ,搞好学科建设 ,以新的观念引进和培养好人才。作者认为 :首先 ,与时俱进是医院可持续发展的前提 ;其次 ,组织建设是医院可持续发展的保证 ;第三 ,学科建设是医院可持续发展的关键 ;第四 ,人力资源是医院可持续发展的根本。只有做到以上几点 ,军队医院才能在新形势下的医疗市场中可持续性发展 ,并在医疗市场竞争中占据有利地位。

In order to attain mission of medical services and to ensure sustainable development, the military hospital in new situation should strengthen idea of development, establish the global strategy, use the principle of material interests, aim the demand of the battlefield and the market , do well in subject building and introduce the talent and train the talent through the new ideas. The author hold the ideas that development with the time going is prerequisite of the sustainable development, the building of the team is the guarantee of the sustainable development, the building of the subject is the key of the sustainable development and the manpower resource is the base of the sustainable development. Only when the military hospital can do all the above, may it be thought sustainable and hold the favorable position in the competition of the medical market.
