u-PA和TGF-β_1在喉癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression and Significance of Urokinase-type Plasminogen Activator(uPA) and Transforming Growth Factor B1 (TGF-B1) in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨u-PA和TGF-β1在喉癌中的表达及其与喉癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法采用SABC免疫组化染色方法检测了84例喉癌与10例正常喉组织中的u-PA和TGF-β1的表达情况。结果在喉癌组织中u-PA的表达水平与临床分期和有无淋巴结转移的相关性有统计学意义(P<0.05),与组织学分型和发生部位的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在大部分喉癌组织中(89.29%)TGF-β1表达较高,与临床分期和有无淋巴结转移的相关性有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与组织学分型和发生部位的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,u-PA和TGF-β1在喉癌中的表达和在正常喉黏膜中的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论u-PA和TGF-β1与喉癌生物学行为关系密切,它们的异常表达可能是喉癌发生、发展过程中的一个重要环节。 Purpose Urokinase-type plasminogen activator (u-PA) and transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) play an important role in the development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. This study was designed to evaluate the role of u-PA and TGF-β1 in the development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma by detecting its expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Methods u-PA and TGF-β1 expressions in 84 laryngeal carcinoma samples and 10 normal mucosa were determined by immunohistochemical staining. Results u-PA expression level had a correlation with tumor stage, and lymph node metastases (P<0.05) , but had no correlation with tumor differentiation, and location ( P > 0.05) . The level of TGF-β1 increased in the majority of tumor tissues (89.29%) and all of the lymph node metastases. TGF-β1 expression level had a correlation with the stage of tumor tissue ( P < 0.05) , but had no correlation with the tumor differentiation, and location ( P > 0.05) . There was significant difference of expressions of TGF-β1 and u-PA between tumor and normal tissues( P < 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of u-PA and TGF-β1 plays a role in the development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
