高纤维蛋白原血症在突发性耳聋发病机理中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究高纤维蛋白原血症在突发性耳聋发病中的作用。方法 40例诊断明确、发病在7 d以内的患者为研究对象(共49只耳),42例正常健康人作为对照组,分别对其血液流变学、血生化、全血细胞计数、凝血功能作检测,检测结果输入SPSS软件作处理进行统计学分析。结果突发性耳聋患者纤维蛋白原水平、红细胞聚集指数、血浆粘度明显高于对照组;差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),血浆凝血酶原时间、白陶土部分凝血活酶时间明显短于对照组,差异也有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),血生化和全血细胞计数无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血浆纤维蛋白原水平的提高可能是突发性耳聋血管性病因中的主要因素。 Purpose To study the role of hyperfibrinogenemia in the pathogenesis of sudden senorineural hearing loss (SSHL). Methods 40 patients with SSHL at the onset within 7 days were studied, while a control group consisted of 42 normal-hearing people. Both the patients and the normal people were tested for the parameters of hemorrheology, blood biochemistry, whole blood cell count and clotting function. The data tested were done with statistical analysis by SPSS for window. Results Fibringen levels, erythrocyte aggregaton and plasma viscosity in patients with SSHL were significantly higher than those in control subjects. Prothrombin thim in plasma and karolin partial thromboplastic time were also significantly less in the patients group than those in the control one ( P < 0.05) and there were also statistical difference, but the significant difference between their parameters of blood biochemistry and whole blood cell count could not be found ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Elevated plasma fibrinogen may be a major pathogenesis of SSHL of vascular origins.
