摘要 同济医学院在举办七年制高等医学教育的 15年过程中 ,逐步探索和形成了以学分制、导师制和优胜劣汰制为主的教学管理特色 ,为贯彻因材施教原则 。 In the course of holding higher medical education of 7-year schooling in Tongji Medical College for 15 years, our college has gradually explored and formed its own characteristics of teaching management, taking credit system, tutor system and survival of the fittest system as the dominant factors. They also play an important role in carrying out the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude and bringing individual character of medical students into full play.
