摘要
在保持进气系统、喷油嘴和启喷压力不变的情况下 ,通过改变燃烧室和强化喷油泵改善车用柴油机的燃烧。利用 KIVA 软件计算分析了新、原燃烧室对应的缸内流场 ,通过台架试验研究了新、原燃烧系统的经济性和排放性。结果表明 ,采用新燃烧系统后 ,柴油机在保持动力性不变的情况下 。
In order to improve combustion, a new reentrant combustion chamber with a small ratio of caliber to maximum diameter was adopted in a vehicular D.I. diesel engine, and a pump with increased fuel supply rate was mounted on it. The intake system, nozzle and injection starting pressure kept the same as those of the base engine, however. The in-cylinder flow fields were calculated both in the case of new and base combustion chamber by using KIVAⅡ codes, and the fuel economy and emissions performance were investigated on test bench. The results demonstrated that the test engine with the new combustion system achieved high efficiency and clean combustion.
