摘要
建立了一个能产生激励力、获取生物物料响应信号和分析信号频域特性的试验系统。采用不同测点、材料、激励点和速度 ,在不同梨质量、坚实度下敲击 ,测定了果实的各种响应信号。结果表明 ,不同测点、材料、激励点和速度对响应主频率没有较大影响 ,而质量、坚实度的影响则显著。经分析 ,主响应频率随坚实度的增加而变大、随质量的增加而变小 ,主响应频率与质量、坚实度有较好的相关性。
An experimental system was set up to generate the impact force, measure the response signal, and analyse the frequency spectrum for physical property detection of biological product. The frequency of pear dynamic resonance was obtained by analysis of the dynamically measured frequency responses of a pear under different conditions of excitation point, detected point, impact intensity, excitation material, as well as the pear firmness and mass. As a result of the analysis, the dominant frequency was significantly affected by the pear firmness and mass, while the excitation point, detected point, excitation intensity and impacting material did not. The dominant frequency increased as increase of the pear firmness, and decreased as increase of the pear mass.
