摘要
通过对精确喷灌方法的研究 ,研制了单片机控制的精确喷灌系统 ,该系统通过单片机控制步进电机从而控制单喷头的转动 ;同时通过单片机控制变频器从而改变潜水电泵电机的转速 ,对喷头的出口流速进行调节 ,实现对喷射距离的控制。在给定形状的区域内各操作单元按给定的喷水量进行精确喷灌 ,达到在喷灌形状和区域内实现各操作单元喷水量调控的目的。经初步试验表明 ,该系统能实现喷灌量和简单喷灌形状的控制。
A precision sprinkling irrigation system, based on the research of the methods of precision sprinkling controlled by a single chip microcomputer, was designed and developed. In the system, the single chip microcomputer was utilized to control a stepping motor to modify the rotation of a single nozzle and a transducer to change the rotating speed of the pump motor that leds to an adjustment of the exit fluid velocity of the nozzle. Accordingly, certain sprinkling angle and distance could be accomplished. The system was designed to adjust the water-sprinkling quantity and the shape of each operational unit in a sprinkled field by sprinkling water accurately on each operational unit in a region with stated shape. The preliminary implementation demonstrated that the water-sprinkling quantity and simple shape could be achieved by the system.
