摘要
提出了“CAE-数据处理 -变形曲线拟合 - CAM-检验精度”的修模流程 ;针对其中的关键技术 ,应用 ANSYS有限元分析软件 ,建立了 3层套预紧扁挤压筒的有限元模型 ,并对其进行了数值模拟 ;研究了内腔位移分布情况和内孔变形规律 ,并分段对内孔位移做了多项式曲线拟合 ;对缝隙度 Km 对内孔长短轴变形的影响作了分析 ,拟合出一定条件下内孔位移与 Km 的多项式插值函数关系式 ,得出 Km 的取值范围。为扁挤压筒修模、装配和结构优化、提高精度和效率提供了依据。
CAE-data processing-deformation curve fitting-CAM-accuracy testing', a new process for die repairing is presented. To solve the key problems of the new process, the finite element model constructing and numerical simulation of a three-layer prestressed flat container were made based on ANSYS finite element software. The deformation rule and displacement of inner-hole were also presented, and polynomial fitting was applied to the displacement of inner cavity in a sectional way. The influence of gap ratio (K m) on major and minor axes, and the polynomial interpolating functions of inner-hole displacement and K m were obtained respectively. Moreover, the range of K m was got.
