摘要 脑钠肽 (BNP)主要由心室肌细胞分泌 ,是维持血容量稳态的重要神经激素。现简要介绍BNP在心力衰竭诊断。 Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),endocrined mainly by ventricular myocytes,is one of the important neurohormones for the maintenance of hematostasis.The clinical use of BNP in diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of congestive heart failure is reviewed in this paper.
