经皮局部低温治疗兔脊髓损伤后病理与运动诱发电位的研究 被引量:3

The Study About Changes of Spinal Cord Histopathology,Motor Evoked Potentials After Rabbits Spinal Cord Injury with Transcutaneous Local Hypothermia Therapy

摘要 目的 :探讨经皮局部低温对兔脊髓损伤的治疗作用。方法 :18只健康家兔随机均分为常温未伤组 ,常温致伤组 ,低温致伤组。保留椎板显露脊髓 ,以Allen法制作脊髓损伤模型。术毕 ,低温致伤组立即予经皮局部低温治疗 ,其他组不予治疗。各组动物分别于术前 ,术后 6、2 4h ,3d ,1、2、4周 7个时间点行Tarlov评分和MEP检查 ,并取材行病理分级。结果 :低温致伤组动物在各个时间点较常温致伤组Tarlov评分分值提高 ,MEP的N1波潜伏期缩短 ,病理损害轻。结论 Aim:To study the therapeutical effect of transcutaneous local hypothermia on rabbits spinal cord injury. Methods:18 rabbits were randomly and equally divided into the normothermia-uninjury group,normothermia-injury group and hypothermia- injury group.Exposure spinal cord without destroying lamina of vertebra and make spinal cord injury model with Allen method.After operation,treat hypothermia-injury group with ranscutaneous local hypothermia immediately, and other groups without therapy.All groups were evaluated by tTarlov score,motorevoked potentials(MEP), and pathologic study at preoperation and 6 h,24 h, 3 d,1 weeks,2 weeks,4 weeks after operation.Results:The values of Tarlov score in hypothermia-injury group are higher than normothermia-injury group and the latencies of peak N 1 wave in MEP are shorter than normothermia-injury group. In the mormothermia-injury group,the pathologic lesion is severer than in the hypothermia-injury group. Conclusion:Transcutaneous local hypothermia is medicative to rabbits spinal cord injury.
