单纯性肥胖男童青春发育期生长轨迹的10年追踪分析

A 10-year follow-up study on puberty growth of simple obese boys

目的 观察单纯性肥胖对儿童青春期生长的影响。方法 对广州市两所小学青春期前发生肥胖的 5 5例男童的身高、体重、性发育等指标进行配对观察 ,从 7岁起连续追踪 10年。结果 肥胖儿童青春前期的身高水平高于同龄儿童 ,但青春发育期却存在青春发育年龄提前、青春期身高突增高峰 (PHV)较正常儿童低、青春期身高加速时间缩短等对生长具负性影响的因素。结论 单纯性肥胖在青春期部分的影响了儿童身高发育潜能的发挥。

Objective To observe the influence of obesity on puberty growth in children.Methods Totally 55 cases of obese boys from two local primary schools were followed up for 10 years.Their height,weight and sexual development were measured in obesity and control groups by using paired design.Results Statures were higher in obese group than in control groups before puberty,but obese subjects had significantly earlier age of sexual development,lower PHV(peak height velocity) and shorter time of accelerated growth compared to controls in puberty,which were negative factors for growth.Conclusion Simple obesity plays a negative role in puberty growth.
