摘要
目的探讨小梁切除术后浅前房的发生机制。方法对不同类型青光眼 2 4 7眼小梁切除术进行回顾性总结与分析。结果 2 4 7眼术后有 4 6眼发生浅前房 ,发生率为 1 8.6 % ,与浅前房伴存的有滤过泡引流过畅30 .4 % ,睫状体脉络膜脱离 32 .6 % ,结膜瓣漏 1 3.1 % ,恶性青光眼 2 .2 % ,未查到原因者 2 1 .7%。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the pathogenesis of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy. MethodsClinical data and occurrence of shallow anterior chamber were analysed in 247 eyes underwent trabeculectomy for different type of glaucoma. ResultsShallow anterior chamber was seen in 46 eyes in the 247 eyes.The incidence of the complication was 18.6 % . The main causes were as follows: excessive fitration( 30.4 % ), ciliarybody and choroidal detachment( 32.6 % ), conjunctival flap leak( 11.1 % ), malignant glaucoma ( 2.2 % ) and unknown ( 21.7 % ). ConclusionThe shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy is correlated with age and type of the glaucoma.
