摘要
不同批次的粉粒体散料产品普遍存在质量波动问题 ,搀混是常用的均化方法 ,多批次产品采用传统的搀混方法既要消耗大量动力 ,又会造成产品被粉碎等问题。介绍了重力式均化料仓的结构、设计原理和使用方法 ,分析其诸多优点、适用范围及向小型化方向发展的必要性 ,认为重力式均化料仓是一种高效、节能且安全性能良好的粉粒体散料产品的后处理设备。
Quality fluctuation problem is common among powder and granular products of different batches. Mixing is a normally used homogenizing method, however, conventional mix of multiple product batches consumes a lot of power and may caused problems like pulverization of the product. The construction, design principle and operation method of the gravity homogenizing bin are introduced. The advantages, scope of application and the necessity to develop in the direction of small sizes are analyzed. The gravity homogenizing bin is considered to be an effective, energy-saving and safe equipment for post treatment of powder and granular products.
