Development of Domestically Manufactured Bellows Mechanical Seal for Benzene Anhydride Pump

从机械密封的工作原理出发 ,就输送苯酐的离心泵分析、比较了进口与国产的波纹管机械密封的差异 ,找出机械密封国产化研制的方向。重点分析了国产波纹管的存在问题 ,研制开发了 6 5 0FS-Mo4 5等四种规格的国产化焊接波纹管机械密封 ,在稳定的工况下无泄漏 ,使用寿命在六个月以上。

The centrifugal pump for benzene anhydride delivery is analyzed in terms of the working principle of the mechanical seal, and the differences between imported and domestically manufactured mechanical seals are compared to identify the development direction for domestically manufactured mechanical seals. Emphasis is put on the analysis of problems in domestically manufactured bellows. Domestically manufactured welded bellow mechanical seals of four sizes including 650FSMo45 are researched and developed, which show no leakage under stable conditions. The service life is above 6 months.
