摘要 锌是人体必需的微量元素之一 ,在机体有广泛而重要的生理功能 :参与细胞的各种活动 ,影响细胞增殖、分化 ,维持正常的细胞周期 ;参与体内各种新陈代谢过程 ,起着催化、活性调节及稳定结构等作用 ;参与核酸、蛋白质的代谢。尤其在生殖和生长发育过程中起重要作用。它在体内的作用具有很强的专一性 ,既不可缺少 ,也不能被其它任何元素完全取代。锌缺乏会导致多种疾病。 Zinc is one of the essential microelement in human body, and have important physiological functions: it is correlated with many activities of cell, affects cell proliferation and differentiation, and maintains normal cell cycle; it can help to many kinds of metabolisms, and plays roles in catalysis, adjustment of activities, and structure stabilizing; it is associated with the metabolisms of nuclei acids and proteins. Especially zinc plays crucial roles in the process of reproduction, growth and development. There is a strong specificity when it acts in vivo. So zinc is indispensable, and cannot be completely replaced by other microelements. The deficiency of zinc leads to many kinds of diseases. On account of its special metabolic functions zinc deficiency should be dealt with crucial caution.
